This year we are celebrating World Health Day 2023 with a theme 'Health for All'.
We are running in our day to day life with lots of responsibilities and have less time sometimes no time for looking after our health. I hope that is a truth for most of us.
The driving force to get up early and do some workout is a dream for most of us ,isnt it?
By studying human behaviour it has been seen that we get motivated by seeing others but when we actually think of implementing it to ourselves we fail somewhere. The key point to start the day is with a positive mind which has to be fixed previous night. Mental imagery is a technique which can be used to visualise the next day schedule where we can imagine ourselves doing the healthy workout and this technique will create a picture in the subconscious mind which can help us to get up early and have a new start in our life.
